We can modify your existing web form html and attach it to an online database for you for a flat fee of $50.00 (up to 10 fields).
  ...or we can create a form for your website
If you don't already have a form on your website we can create one for you and attach it to an online database. We charge a flat fee of $100.00 (up to 10 fields).
  Use your data
Collect information from visitors with your form and use our online tools to manage your data and communicate with your customers with mass email messages.
  Cancellation is simple 
If you decide that our service is not for you just send us an email. Your account will be deactivated and billing (if applicable) will stop at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. If you change your mind, simply contact us by email and we'll reacivate your account..
  Membership is FREE until your data exceeds one megabyte in size
Once your database exceeds a megabyte (1mb) in size, membership costs $4.95 per month. Your database can then grow to up to five megabytes (5mb) in size. For data storage above 5mb you will be billed $1 for each additional megabyte per month.
